安豪水晶卷闸组成主要包括水晶卷闸片、连接管、滑道、底梁、驱动卷轴、镀锌卷闸连接片、封口胶粒、上下连接吊扣、保护贴膜等零部件。卷闸的组装简单，安装原理与普通卷闸相同，不需要复杂的工具。驱动装置可采用手动、电动两种。智能控制配置可根据用户需要作多种选配。组装水晶卷闸门时，环境一定要清洁无尘，施工人员最好能戴上棉质手套。水晶片组装按工字排列最为理想，不锈钢连接管的长度一定要准确，与封口胶粒接合后应无间逢为标准。 水晶卷闸片与卷轴挂码之间的连接，可选用普通彩钢卷闸片4-5件，用上连接吊扣相连，作用于保护水晶卷闸片不被卷轴弹王或螺丝刮伤。 水晶卷闸片的切割可用铝材切割机进行切割。 |
| Ｃrystal rolling gates mainly consist of crystal rolling shutters, connecting tubes, slideways,bottom beams,driving rollers,zinc-polated rolling gate connection pieces,sealing micelles,up and down connection buckles,protective sticking membrane,etc.The assembly of the rolling gate is simple and the installation principle is the same as that of the ordinary rolling gate. No complicated tools are needed. The driving mechanjsm can be either the manual one or the electronic one. The intellectual control configuration can be selected based on the needs of customers.While assembling crystal gates,the environment must be free of dust and the constructors should better wear the cotton glove. The most ideal way to assemble the crystal shutter is to arrange it in the shape of "工"。The length of the stainless steel connection tube must be precise and there should be no gap after it is connected to the sealing micelle. In order to prevent the sealing miclle from falling after the rolling gate is used for some time,it is better that the sealing micelle can be fastened by pulling-nails(as shown in the fig). Regarding the connection between the crystal rolling gate shutter and the hanging piece of the roller,4-5 ordinary color-steel rolling shutters may be used and are connected by the up connection buckle.They are used to protect the crystal rolling shutters from being scratched by the roller spring or the screw. The aluminium - profile cutting mac hine may be used to cut the crystal rolling gate shutter. The protective membrane must be stuck on both sides of the gate after the assembly of the gate is completed for convenience of transportation and on-site installation and to keep the crystal rolling gate clean. The user may tear away the protective membrane after the decoration is completed and the gate is put into use. |
